Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final.  We only accept returns for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to.

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact our Customer Support email within 48 hours of the Delivery date. Customers must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is placed and sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full retail price.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

**If item has not been shipped & buyer wishes order to be canceled & refunded, we will refund order with the deduction of the 5% processing fee taken by Stripe Payment Processing Platform. 

We are not reposible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is in the hands of USPS and/or marked as delivered, we are NOT responsible. All lost packages or stolen packages must be taken up with USPS. You must make a claim with them and contact them. We will not refund or reship lost or stolen pacakages.


Baja Beauty Bar Inc., is not held liable for any allergies or irritations that may occur. It is the customers responsibility to thoroughly read the ingredient list and make their own informed decision on weather to use the products or not.  We will not schedule refunds for any of these istances. 

Once the package has been handled off to UPS or USPS, it is no longer our responsibility. If a package is delayed, please contact your shipping carrier directly.
