Shipments & Fufillments

General Shipping Policies:
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for all orders to be fulfilled. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays. Order fulfillments do not include shipping transit time. Shipping transit times vary depending on your shipping address. Please see below for more information on transit times. 

Once an order has been marked as "fulfilled", you will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided under your order from PIRATESHIP, subject line will say "Your shipment is on your way! CONFIRM ADDRESS." You must reply back to use confiming your address. Your order could be held back from shipment until email is sent back with address confirmation. 

All shipment confirmation emails contain tracking numbers provided by USPS.
To track and check the status of your order please click here and use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Overall Shipping Policy:  
We are not reposible for lost or stolen packages. Once it is in the hands of USPS and/or marked as delivered, we are NOT responsible. All lost packages or stolen packages must be taken up with USPS. You must make a claim with USPS and contact USPS directly. We will not refund or reship lost or stolen packages. We unfortunarley don't have control of the  timing in which USPS handles their cases. You would have to take it up with them. 

International Shipping Policies: All international orders are shipped USPS   International orders may take up to 1-3 business weeks to arrive.

Please note: once an international order has left the United States, the order is turned over to the local postal service for your country. For questions regarding the tracking and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquiries to your local postal service. You may use your USPS Tracking number as a reference. Please note: certain countries require a customs fee be paid for any merchandise purchased outside of your country. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees. Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being rejected entry and it being returned back to our warehouse



** If selected, US Insured Shipping Method:
In case of loss or damage packaged to the covered package the following must be completed:

1) You will call USPS and make a claim, and also notify us. If USPS has admitted they have lost the package upon delivery, request a written letter, and send that to us. 

2) Damaged Items: You will take pictures of the damaged items and the packaging in which it came in, and email the pictures to us (failure to do so will not be protected by the insurance).

3) Lost Packages: Shipsurance may request an onsite inspection, a mail theft report, a sworn testimony, an itemized inventory, or a police report, so please be prepared to do either if/when requested. 
In order for the claimed to be opened, we would have to wait 20 days from posted delivery date. 

-If you qualify for the ship insurance, we will reship the item once the claim has approved the insurance claim. This can take up to 40 days for certain cases. (We will not schedule any refund for any of these cases until it has been approved by the ship insuracne.) 

--IF YOU DID NOT PAY FOR SHIP INSURANCE BUT WAS SHIPPED WITH USPS PRIORITY MAIL,  your order was included with up to $100 of insurance. You would have to take up the claim with USPS to get your insurance money. We unfortunely have no contorl on their prcocess, or their timely on handleing their cases Buyer will have to solely reach out to USPS for more info and help regarding your package.  We can not help in this instance, especially if Buyer did not include US Insured Shipping with their order at checkout.
